How To Order Embroidery

Ordering embroidery can be tricky and we want to make it as easy as possible for you.
EMBROIDERY ON CLOTHING  |   EMBROIDERY FOR EQUESTIAN ITEMS

Ordering embroidery on clothing

1. Select one of our high-quality items from our wide selection and choose your desired colour and size
2. If you are a new customer or you what a new logo/design that you haven't used with us before then tick the options that apply for "Own logo/design - One off fee(+£15.00)"
3. If you have already ordered from us before and we already have your design/logo you want to use tick the "Own logo/design - Repeat order box."  
4. Enter how many you want in the Quantity 
5. Click ADD TO CART
   IMPORTANT NOTE! If you have ticked any of the options  for "Own logo/design - One off fee(+£15.00)", only enter 1 in quantity and add it to the cart.
   Then if you want more than 1, once you have added it to the cart untick the options for "Own logo/design - One off fee(+£15.00)" and tick the "Own logo/design - Repeat order box" box. Now you can add as many as you require in the Quantity box and click ADD TO CART again. This will ensure you only get charged one set up fee for your new design/logo for your whole order.
6. You can now continue to add items to your cart seleting "Own logo/design - Repeat order" box and check out, as the set up fee covers all items with that design. If you want a different design or logo on one of the other items please select the "Own logo/design - One off fee(+£15.00)" box for that item you want the different logo or design on.
7. After checkout you will be sent to a thank you page where you can upload your design/logo if you miss this page please email your logo/design to [email protected].

​ ​Ordering embroidery on equestrian items

1. Select one of our high quality equestian items from our wide selection and choose your desired color from the drop down menu.
2. Tick the options that apply for "Embroider on my saddlecloth/rug etc: 
   If you have ordered from us before and we already have your logo/design you want to tick the Repeat order box.  
   If you are a new customer or you what a new logo/design that we haven't used before then tick "Use your logo/design first time"
   Tick to select where abouts you would like your embroidery or wording ie.nearside and/or offside
3. If you are going for wording enter it into the relevant box/es
4. Choose the Thread colour choice you want for wording from the colour choice image
5. Choose the Text/Font style you would like from the wording choice image.
6. Enter your Quantity and click the ADD TO CART button​IMPORTANT NOTE! If you have ticked "Use your logo/design first time" from the "Embroider on my saddlecloth/rug etc  options, only enter 1 in quantity and click add it to the cart.
   Then if you want more than 1 once you have added it to the cart untick "Use your logo/design first time" and tick repeat order. Now you can add as many as you require in the Quantity box and click ADD TO CART again. This will ensure you only get charged one set up fee for your new design/logo for your whole order.
