Our custom embroidered motorsport patches & badges are Nomex/Aramid fire retardant patches perfect for race suits:

• Our custom motorsport patches are hand cut and FIA Compliant (and are endorsed by Tess at Hot-Stitches).
• Fire retardant threads are limited in colour shades so please see colour chart below for choice.​​
• We are happy to make ANY numbers of badges or patches in any shape or size  No Minimum Orders (Even Just One!)
• Please email your design to [email protected] if you cant use the download box (and dont forget your design in jpeg or png form if possible).
• All patches will be paid for prior to design set up and production of order.

• All our patches are made in house in the UK and therefore can be made within a very short timeframe.  Our specialist digitizer is also UK based.  
• Registered trade marked logos can only be undertaken with permission by the trade mark owner - if you ask us to make a patch for you that has a trade mark it will be done with the understanding that YOU have permission to use the trade mark and to let me make the patch for you.
• We are happy to make matching non fire retardant patches for the rest of your team should they be required, or indeed, any embroidered clothing using the same artwork.
• Patches for race suits will be supplied with fire retardant thread to match the patch border so that they can be sewn on the the TOP LAYER of the suit.  Make sure that you only sew the patch onto the top layer of fabric and not completely through otherwise the suits fire retardancy might be compromised.
• Unfortunately iron on backing is not an available option for fire retardant patches.

Our Sewing Service

​We know its a bit of a chore to sew the patches on to race suits so we are happy to sew patches on to race suits for customers (for a small charge per patch) throughout the months of November through to end February.  Just mark location on suit, which patch and and send the whole lot in.  We can either make new patches or put on others we have made previously for you..  All sewn on by hand with Nomex thread to match the patch border on top layer of suit only.

refunds on patches

CANCELLATION - Once we have received payment from you we go straight to production.  If your design has been turned into stitch form before you contact us to cancel, this price will be deducted from your refund.  If we have gone to embroidery production we are unable to cancel and refund.
FAULTY GOODS - If your patch is faulty in any way we will be happy to refund (but this is very unlikely as we hand check all patches before they leave us).
REFUNDS - Will only take place once the patches have been returned to us at the customers expense.  Jump stitches and colour shades will not count as faulty.  Delays in transit/post/courier will not be counted as reasons for refund.
Embroidery by nature is by no means a perfect process.  There are always slight variations between all embroidered patches.  Tolerance in colour shades must be allowed by the customer and jump stitches are sometimes present but are not shown on proofs, as are travel runs.  Colour shades, jump stitches and travel runs are not accepted as faulty goods.
