JB EMBROIDERY

Improve your image and make sure it is always remembered!

Q          I would like to have my logo embroidered on some garments.  Where do I start?

A           First of all, you send artwork or email me a jpeg image of your logo.  I will then forward it to a company that specialises in digitizing (turning images into stitches).   I will then give you a free quote of how much it will be to digitise your logo.

Q          On average, how much does it cost for a left breast logo to be digitized?

A           On average, approximately £35 + VAT.

Q          How long does it take to process my order?

A           Once I have the digitizing, around 10 working days, sometimes quicker.

Q          What if I don't have an image, or just have an idea of what I would like?

A           Tell me what you have in mind and we will take it from there.  It wont cost any extra.  We can even make digitizing up from other garments already embroidered!

Q          Can I save on digitizing costs if I just want wording as my logo?

A           Of course, but I would strongly suggest that we get the digitizers involved, as your logo/company name portrays to potential customers what your are like to deal with, and we would want them to get the very best impression!

Q          If I have a left breast logo digitized, can it be used for other embroidery?

A           Yes, when we get the digitizers to make up your logo, we will ask them to make the logo work for caps and any other garments.  This will save you lots of money in the long term.

Q          Can you embroider on men and ladies classic cotton shirts.

A           Yes, and we can provide them to if you wish.

Q          I have some garments that I have already bought.  Would you embroider them using my logo?

A           We would be delighted.  If you already have your logo digitized from a different embroidery company, we can use this if your previous embroiderer emails it to us.

Q          I would like my favourite lucky horse rug embroidered.

A           Yes, we embroider on clients horse rugs—just choose a style of font and silk colour.

Q          How wide will the embroidery be on my jacket back?

A           It will be as wide as my embroidery frame, which is just under 30cms.

Q          How wide will the embroidery be on my horse rug?

A           I would suggest that we keep the embroidery to just under 40cms width.

Q          I would like some saddle cloths embroidered but they are very thick.

A           Unfortunately I don't like to embroider thick saddlecloths.  I would strongly suggest that we have some round patches made up and the client can apply these themselves.

Q          If I supply you with my garments, what happens if anything goes wrong?

A           Sometimes embroidery machines can chew-up garments when they go wrong.  In the unlikely event that this happens, I’m afraid that we are not to be held responsible and that we embroider the clients own items at their risk.  However, this is a very unlikely event (and has not happened yet, although there is always a first time…).  Obviously, if we supply the article, we will replace it and you will never know!
